The author reflects on the changes in the prices of fertilizers in the U.S. The price of fertilizers is affected by the natural gas prices, since natural gas accounts for ninety percent of the cost of manufacturing nitrogen fertilizer. The recent decreased in the prices of natural has made the U.S. fertilizer market one of the lowest price markets in the world. |
