Abstrakt:	The article focuses on the supreme court case, Burlington Northern & Santa Fe Railway Co. v. White in the U.S., which led to the changes in retaliation claim decisions. The changes influenced the way of treating the employee who have lodged internal or external employment grievances. The Court has also reaffirmed that court should not be presented with insignificant or trivial harms.
