Recurrent axillary vein thrombosis as a manifestation of syringomyelia.

Abstrakt: The article discusses the study on neuropathic arthropathy, which is a progressive destructive arthropathy in an area of sensory loss. It has been studied that in a patient with a neuropathic shoulder joint, the most likely cause is syringomyelia. Neurological evaluation of the disease shows abnormalities in deep sensation and absence of the deep tendon reflexes. Key information on a case report of a patient with neuropathic arthropathy are presented.
