Abstrakt: The article presents a case of a 46-year-old man with sustained fracture of the right medial femoral condyle in 1995. The man was treated with open reduction and internal fixation. The clinical examination showed the increase swelling and pain of the knee due to the destructive tumor found in the lower end of the femur. In November 2000, a routine follow-up of the abnormalities showed the cluster of enlarged lymph nodes. A comment was made after the discussion of the case.
