Abstrakt: |
The article presents a case report involving a 50-year-old woman who sought because of continuous shaking of her left hand that interfered with her daily life. She was diagnosed to have cortical tremor, a disease easily mistaken for parkinsonism. Researchers stress that ablation of the underlying lesion can be curative. Brief discussion of the case history, and the clinical examinations conducted are presented. |
