| Abstrakt: |
The article presents an operative technique and the reasons for its unsatisfactory effect in the treatment of perianal and anal condylomata acuminata. The methods of treatment traumatic evidence to any surrounding of the tissue which lead to scarring and develops anal stenosis. Reoccurence of wart formation after the treatment of unknown frequency are evident. Operative technique includes introduction of enema, administration of anesthesia and the positioning of the patient. |
