| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a study that evaluates the relationship of morbid self-reported stress and personality with chronic fatigue-like illness in 19,192 twins born between January 1, 1935 and December 31, 1958 in Sweden. The results show that there is no relationship between extraversion and chronic fatigue-like illness. The findings also reveals that elevated premorbid stress is an important risk factor for chronic fatigue-like illness. |
