Abstrakt: | The article discusses the history and evolution of Covert actions and diplomacy. The practice, which is organization of intelligence as part of government, started in the Achaemenid Persians between the sixth and fourth centuries and followed by Arabs, Turks, Afghans, Mongols, and Hindus. However, America adopted the Covert actions at the time of first world war. The need of Covert actions, public reactions, moral issues, and justification for covert action is discussed. |
