Abstrakt: The article describes the case of a 38-year-old man who was diagnosed with isolated unilateral hypoglossal nerve palsy caused by carotid artery aneurism. The aneurism was causing insufficient symptoms to merit the risks of active intervention.Taking antihypertensives for two years seemed to prevent the aneurism from progressing.
