| Abstrakt: |
The article presents the case report of a 52-year-old patient with abdominal pain. Histological examination of the patient depicted a smooth muscle tumour forming the wall of a large cyst with bundles of spindle shaped cells characteristic of a leiomyosarcoma. In the specimen, no pancreatic tissue was demonstrated. |
