Abstrakt: The article focuses on dissecting aneurysm of the aorta (DAA) also known as Laënnec's aneurysm. Three cases of DAA are mentioned. In the first 2 cases re-entries in dissecting aneurysm of the aorta were recorded. Diagnosis could be made only after postmortem. In the third case, an antemortem diagnosis was made, however, the patient died due to the enormous thickening of the walls of the left ventricle after 3 months of the seizure.
