The article offers information about the attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). It is described as the hyperkinetic reaction of childhood which is the result to family environment. The author emphasizes a descriptive approach to classification of mental disorders that provides basis for diagnostic criteria. ADHD has been recognized as biologically driven and brain-based neurodevelopment disorder. |
