Abstrakt: The article provides information on two syndromes, namely Marshall-Smith syndrome and Weaver syndrome. Marshall-Smith syndrome was reported in 1971 that features a marked acceleration of osseous maturation, relative failure to thrive and unusual facial features. Waver syndrome, discovered in 1974 has accelerated growth and skeletal maturation, unusual craniofacial features and camptodactyly. Due to differences between these two syndromes, researchers present them as two different entities.
