Abstrakt: The article presents a medical case of an abdominal actinomycosis mimicking carcinomatosis in 59-year-old woman complaining of tiredness and a drooping eyelid. Actinomycosis is an unusual chronic infection characterized by the formation of multiple abscesses and fistulae, with dense granulation and fibrous tissue. Intraabdominal infection is rare, and therefore easily confused with other conditions.
