The article presents a case study about a 12 year old girl with adenocarcinoma of small bowel. A case is reported of adenocarcinoma of the ileum in a 12-year-old girl which was diagnosed histologically after surgical removal of a benign looking structure like metastases in the mesentric lymph nodes were removed at a second operation. Abdominal and rectal examination were unremarkable and the bowel sounds were normal and the patient was well nourished and apyrexial. |
