| Abstrakt: |
The article discusses the problems regarding the treatment of lower limb injury. The aim of treatment in compound below-knee fractures with skin loss is to obtain rapid healing with minimal scarring and early ambulation. The author suggests that those who carry out the emergency management of compound below-knee injuries with skin loss are advised to follow some principles in surgery. It also requires a team approach properly coordinated for the interest of the patients. |
