Abstrakt:	The article presents comments on the study by D.L. Bhatt and colleagues to assess the effectiveness of clopidogrel and aspirin in the prevention of atherothrombosis. According to the author, there was no effect in using dual therapy over aspirin. The author feels that if dual therapy is beneficial for acute coronary syndromes for a short-term then there may be some patients for whom, it will be beneficial for a long-term.
