This article presents a fictional managerial dilemma involving a company's division president hosting customer events to create publicity for his company's product. Suggestions and solutions are offered by experts. David Herman, president of Hartmann Incorporated, Jeffrey F. Rayport, founder and chairman of Marketspace, Stephen Dull, vice president of strategy at VF Corporation, and Joe Scafido, member of the executive council at Dunkin' Brands, all offered suggestions as to what should be the priority for the fictional company's innovation efforts. |
