| Abstrakt: |
The article focuses on the treatment of anal fistula in a 57 year old man. The fistulorgam suggested a high anal fistula. Fistula in anus is a common problem faced by the surgeons. The magnetic resonance imaging scan revealed a low anal fistula in the patient. The patient recovered well after undergoing fistulectomy. |
