Abstrakt: The article focuses on Madison, New Jersey-based Liberal Arts College at Drew University's plan to provide all its freshmen with personal computers. At first, some faculty members and administrators feared that emphasis on computer-aided training would affect their traditional emphasis on teaching. The plan was a great success which changed faculty skeptics into enthusiasts. With the implementation of the computer plan, the average scores of incoming freshmen rose optimistically.
