The article deals with the survey of the Grafton schools in West Virginia that was conducted by Doctor J. N. Deahl, Joseph Rosier and Otis G. Wilson. The survey is considered as one of the highly valuable surveys in the U.S. It has no trace of egoistic expertness that sometimes made an inquiry ridiculous. The survey was described as fearlessly frank and sanely conservative among other things. |
