| Abstrakt: | The article discusses the role of a teacher as a guidance counselor. Counseling is defined as a person-to-person situation, which involves an individual who expresses some unhappiness, doubt or problem troubling him, and who comes to another person with training and experience, is considered as a resource agent to assist the first individual to work through to a solution of the problem. |
