The article focuses on Sharon Chance, a practice manager in Dorset, England, who was ordered to serve 150 hours of community service after stealing an unknown amount of money from the till of the Weymouth branch of Specsavers Opticians. Chance pleaded guilty to theft at Weymouth Magistrates Court in a trial in July 2006. She was also ordered to pay Weymouth Visionplus by magistrates on July 11. |
