The article outlines some of the emotional challenges care providers may face in their work with people living with HIV. The emotional challenges providers may face in their work are addressed. Intervention strategies for social workers who are part of an interdisciplinary team are provided. Suggestions are offered regarding how social workers can act to help address such challenges. |
