| Abstrakt: |
The article reports on the manipulating devices or the toy theory of western history. The western civilizations increasing direct use of the new technology to non-military application is discussed. It states that the rise of military problem is not only from the nature of technology itself but also from the refusal of opinion leaders and decision-makers to legitimize toy manipulation as a socially acceptable goal. Legitimacy of toy manipulation for national goal is suggested. An overview of the three basic elements that decreased military control on technology is presented. |
