The article cites a case of a patient who underwent implantation of two stents in the left anterior descending (LAD) coronary artery and one stent in the obstuse marginal branch. During off-pump coronary artery bypass surgery, endarterectomy was performed in the LAD. The distal stent was also removed from the endothelium. |
