| Abstrakt: |
The article presents long-term effects of teaching behavioral strategies for managing persistent auditory hallucinations. Auditory hallucinations are common in people with schizophrenia. Although psychotropic medications produce the most potent effect on auditory hallucinations, 25% to 30% of auditory hallucinations do not respond to pharmacological interventions. |
