Abstrakt: The article discusses the role of school supervisors on educational change. Instructional school supervisors are one of those people who facilitates curricular and instructional improvement. They usually work with teachers to conceive, implement and evaluate changes in the instructional practices. When implementing change in the school system, school supervisors should not only focus on the facilitation of individual growth, they should also consider changing the system in terms of ensuring the congruence of behavioral expectations and the maintenance system.
