Abstrakt: |
The article presents the results of several studies related to evidence-based medicine. Patients who self-monitor oral anticoagulation experience less thromboembolic events than those using standard monitoring approaches. Ropinirole produces short-term effects on symptoms of restless legs. The early use of beta blockers in acute myocardial infarction leads to a reduced risk of reinfarction and ventricular fibrillation but also increases the risk of cardiogenic shock. |
