The article discusses a study concerning the possible determinants of attitudes toward the subject matter of science in four areas including Great Britain, Israel, Australia, and in the U.S. It applies a theoretical model which examines three essential features including the students, the teachers, and the learning environment. In addition, the study was participated by students in grades four, seven, and nine, with two kinds of analyses conducted. The set of data that presents the results of this study are also emphasized in the article. |
