Abstrakt: The article reflects on the ethical principles of nursing students in coping with complicated ethical dilemmas, including physician-assisted dying (PAD) and active euthanasia. PAD is a medical procedure carried out by a physician to end life, whereas active euthanasia is a deliberate action of hastening the death of another human being. A study reveals that religious beliefs play a greater determinant of Israeli student nurses' attitudes toward PAD. However, acceptance of PAD tends to grow with the passage of time as what other studies say.
