| Abstrakt: |
The article focuses on asthma and provides suggestions that would help nurse practitioners and occupational health nurses diagnose asthma and implement treatment. The definition, various triggers and the diagnosis and treatment of asthma are discussed as well as the role of the nurse practitioner in the occupational health setting in relation to the chronic disease. A case report of a 36-year-old woman with asthma is presented. |
