| Abstrakt: | The article discusses the strategic challenges that can help the U.S. Armed Forces carry on a global counterinsurgency. These challenges are viewed by examining the modern warfare construct that is composed of political, strategic, operational and tactical levels of war. It noted that strategy in global counterinsurgency requires a new level of thinking that goes beyond the norms of traditional military action. |
