Abstrakt: The article discusses the case report of a patient who underwent major vascular surgery and whose electrocardiographical changes mimicked inferior myocardial infarction. The appearance of a delta-wave is an emphasis of pre-excitation caused by conduction through an accessory pathway, whereas the remaining normal qrs is due to normal atrioventricular conduction. It has been found that no evidence of postoperative myocardial infarction was seen and there is a decrease in conduction time.
