Abstrakt: The article analyzes the effects of peer teaching on concept formation and attitude change of student teachers. In the process of cognitive development, peer interaction is considered by Jean Piaget as a necessary form of behavior to develop critical thinking and objectivity in the child. It investigates the advantages of active student participation and peer group discussion in facilitating learning. The study offers a comparison between education of school teachers mainly by the traditional lecturing method versus the peer teaching approach.
