Burnout en profesores de primaria: personalidad y sintomatología.

Abstrakt: The article examines the process of burnout among 257 primary school teachers. The study focuses on the contribution and the degree of relevance of personality variables on burnout and its influence in physical and psychological symptomatology. A Burnout Teacher Questionnaire-review is used to measure the burnout syndrome. The findings of a study showed that personality variables have a moderator role in burnout's process.
