| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a research that investigates the positive correlation between the knowledge and attitudes of drug treatment staff members on methadone and effectiveness of treatment among opiate-dependent patients. The distinction that a number of prescription medications are consistent with abstinence while methadone treatment is inconsistent with abstinence has been found to be the key obstacle to incorporating methadone treatment and therapeutic community programs. |
