The article discusses the effectiveness of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to counter the Islamic threats and the war on terrorism. It analyzes the emergence of Islamist neoliberalism, and non-Islamist liberalism. The author proposes several political and legal reforms in the background of the Islamic threat, and offer some suggestions on U.S.-Saudi relations. |
