Abstrakt:	Chapter 10 of the book "Future of the American Military Presence in Europe" is presented. It discusses the future military force requirements in Europe and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). NATO allies of the U.S. are not keeping their momentum with the pace of technological development. The shortfall is a development driven by the reduced resources allocated for defense. The article holds that future forces should be designed to a modern, restructured, and adaptive approach.
