Abstrakt: The article presents an analysis of the method of Richard Ohmann to uncover a surprisingly emergent and powerful instance of mass culture known as the American megachurch. The megachurch experience is a growing contemporary venue that is being replicated in sub-urbans all over the country. The author has used his model to shed light on the institutional structure of the megachurch and showed how effective it is than other theories.
