Abstrakt: The article discusses how the outcomes of metabolic conditions can be improved. Hypertension, dyslipidemia, and diabetes are most prevalent diseases in the United States. The cost of treating diabetes surpass $130 billion per year in the country. Although, there has been improvement in diabetes care in the country, but still falls far short of reasonable goals. The performance of the Veterans Health Administration in diabetes care has improved significantly over the year.
