Abstrakt: The article discusses how top players of baseball became successful in the major league baseball. Its very difficult for team managers and coaches to produce outstanding players through tutoring. Success is not easy, and great players are produced only with the passage of time. Regular practice and patience is required to develop outstanding players. Success may not come at the beginning of the career. Aaron Rowland was a fielder, who started as a part-time player, and through regular practice for a period of three years, he became an excellent center fielder. Greg Maddux, a baseball pitcher, had a rough start in his sports career, but later, he made unparalleled records in the game.
