The article presents a paper that discusses the problem in securing the necessary people to do the handling, training, and the maintenance of a supply of those people who are qualified for the work in the textile industry. In this literature, the author believes that recruitment is not anything like so much a problem for an industry as a whole, as it is a problem which must be solved by the individual members composing that industry-each one for himself to the best of his ability. This is all because the workers the most liable of the commitment that they offer to the industry and the more intelligent labor is, the more easy will it be to handle, and the more successful will it be in turning out first class products. |
