| Abstrakt: | The article examines the United Nations Security Council's development towards a world legislature. The author discussed the legality of the Council's legislative action as well as the legal consequences and possibilities for review. The author also analyzed the Security's Council's assertion of legislative powers in the context of a general discussion on the development of the international system. |
