Using genetic algorithm, this paper gives a simplified simulation model about optimization design of life insurance policy type. This model not only elaborates the fundamental about genetic algorithm theoretical model of life insurance policy type innovation, in which is given by the research of Shi Yufeng et al., but also imitates the course of it.
