Abstract The efficiency of bilidase (hyaluronidase preparation) was studied in guinea pigs with experimental postburn cicatrices. Bilidase promoted normalization of the structure and histochemical picture of new cicatricial tissue. The drug can be used for the treatment of hypertrophic postburn cicatrices.
