| Abstrakt: |
The article cites a study which isolated bovine viral diarrhea viruses from bison. The objective of this study was to determine whether bison can be infected by other pestiviruses. The entire E2 genes of the isolates were sequenced to determine the phylogeny of pestiviruses. The capacity of these viruses to cause laminitis in cattle was also investigated. |
