| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a summary of a report by the American Psychiatric Association's (APA) Council on Medical Education and Lifelong Learning. The council examined issues related to the psychiatric workforce, the definition and evaluation of competency, clinical teaching in psychiatry, and avenues to increase membership in APA. Psychiatry educators from all levels presented their comments on short group reports that were made available online. The Committee on CME/Lifelong Learning presented its ongoing review of the Association's overall CME programs and its compliance with all standards and regulations of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education. |
