Anomalous Drainage of the Inferior Vena Cava into the Left Atrium.

Abstrakt: The article describes a rare case of abnormal interatrial septation located to the left of the superior vena cava and coronary sinus and to the right of the inferior vena cava. An eight year-old male with a history of bronchopulmonary dysplasia presented with cyanosis of the lips and nail beds. And a persistent enlarged valve of the right sinus venosus remains adherent to the left sinus valve and septum secundum. This directs blood from the inferior vena cava into the left atrium.
