Abstrakt: Intestinal lymphangiectasia is a rare disorder of the intestines resulting from obstruction of the lymphatics. We describe capsule endoscopic features of intestinal lymphangiectasia in five patients who were diagnosed by capsule endoscopy. The capsule endoscopy features were whitish spots or specks, yellowish white mucosal or submucosal nodules in the duodenum or jejunum. Intestinal lymphangiectasia was associated with bleeding in two out of five patients. Capsule endoscopy is a promising technique to diagnose intestinal lymphangiectasia. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
